William Hay, Board of Directors
Bill has a distinguished career in consulting, currently working in organization design, strategy, structure and senior executive selection nationwide for the manufacturing, service and nonprofit sectors. He served previously as Ernst & Young's Midwest Regional Head of Executive Search Consulting.
After receiving a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Illinois-Urbana, Hay transferred to DePaul University where he earned his MBA. In 2006, he was awarded an honorary PhD from DePaul's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Bill is on the Board of Directors of Executive Service Corps, DePaul University, The Hope Institute for Children & Families in Springfield, the Career Transitions Center, and the Union League Club of Chicago. He also is active with the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls and is a former Board President for the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago, Eisenberg Unit. On DePaul's Board, he chairs the Philanthropy Committee and serves on the Executive Committee, as well as the Trusteeship and Board Effectiveness Committee.
